This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a narrow alley in a very quiet area. The location is perfect for exploring all the main attractions in just a few minutes. The rooms, in traditional Venetian style, have a historical atmosphere and are kept immaculately clean. The staff is super friendly and the service is excellent. The breakfast, included in the price, is varied and delicious, with local goodies to enjoy.
All was great, couldn't ask for more.

Conveniently located near Academia Bridge and Rialto Bridge. Spacious bathroom with a great shower. Comfortable beds and a continental breakfast provided. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is situated in a very nice neighborhood close to the Accademia bridge over the Canal Grande. It is conveniently located near the San Samuelle stop on the Grand Canal, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated with stunning chandeliers, mirrors, and furniture, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The staff are friendly and provide excellent customer care, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The selection of beds may not always be accurate, as one reviewer mentioned receiving a room with only one bed instead of the requested two twin beds.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and charming neighborhood close to the Accademia bridge over the Canal Grande. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions such as San Marco square and the Rialto bridge. The hotel itself was in a beautiful venetian palace, adding to the charm and elegance of the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. the breakfast offered was delicious and plentiful, providing a great start to the day.
Not obvious to find, but once you do, it's definitely worth it.
